This box was released in February 2013. While it contains a lot of audio, it does not include all non-concert material. The Southampton Soundcheck, the Chicago Rehearsals, and the two tracks from Royal Albert Hall (as found on EV's "Lost Mixes EP Vol,7") are excluded.
Two items that are missed are the Song Remains the Same outtake (only found on Smithereens) and the brief introduction track for Battle of Evermore found on TDOLZ's Sessions (track 11). That intro is probably identical to the ones on the other Battle tracks.
There are some minor items debuting in the box:

Some of the LZII "mixdowns" are new/differently mixed from prior releases (cd2, tracks 9-12; cd3, tracks 9-11; cd4, track 9; cd5, tracks 12-14).

Lucifer Rising, cd11 - possibly released on cd prior to 1999. This is certainly the first time it's been on disc since then.
Swan Song, extra 6.5 minutes, cd13, track 1.
[Night Flight (cd8) and some of the Coda tracks (cd16 Bonzo's Montreux; cd18 Polar take 2's) appear to have some significance due to their inclusion, but are hard to tell apart from the album mixes.]
Godfather's material is even more closely sequenced than Scorpio's box. Not every tape stop is included, but most are present. There seems to be equalizing on some tracks that may have not been present on the original tapes.
Luis Rey's 1997 book "Led Zeppelin Live" was closely followed while assembling notes - his page numbers are referenced on each disc's page.
